Oxbow Horse Farms, LLC. is a horse boarding, riding and training center founded in 2005 to fulfill a need for a high quality yet affordable horse experience in the Ann Arbor area. Oxbow is located 9 miles south of Ypsilanti and Saline, 13 miles south of Ann Arbor.
The outdoor riding arena was built in 2007 to accommodate the growing group of riders and lessons at Oxbow. Mason sand and slag make a solid, springy, quick-drying footing.
Oxbow is popular with riders who love to trail ride since it is situated on gorgeous land with tons of trails- but if you are looking for even more adventure, Oxbow is a quick twenty minute haul to Cross Winds Marsh, Honey Run Equestrian Easement, and the Washtenaw County Fairgrounds.
Sanford Park, home of many Monroe County 4-H horse shows, is a two mile ride down the road on horseback.

Our stalls are 10 by 15 ft and feature dutch doors, windows for a cross breeze, and individual watering systems.
Each semi-private paddock features a freestanding run-in and its own underground, winterized watering system.
